Ashley Bass Martin, CCA Andrew Burgin Fine Arts Executive Director, Program Manager and Art Instructor.
Ashley is honored to have been asked to serve as the Executive Director by Rose Munford, founder of Cheaha Creative Arts, to continue the legacy Rose created. As an AHS alumna Ashley enjoys working in the Anniston City School System as an art instructor as well as working with the talented students in Cheaha Creative Arts Fine Arts Program at The Church of St. Michael and All Angels.

Meet Ed Deyo, Artist and Art Instructor
Ed was born in Anniston and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Auburn University. Ed operates his business, Art Deyo, in Anniston. He is serving as President of the Anniston Council on the Arts and Humanities, Chairman of the Mainstreet Anniston Program, and President of the Mainstreet Art Project.
We are honored to have Ed teach art classes on every other Saturday for 3rd - 12th graders.

Meet Emma Riseborough, Classical Guitarist Instructor with CCA.
Emma is I a classical guitarist who has been playing the guitar for ten years. She initially studied the guitar with Terry Williams at the Mary G Hardin Center for Cultural Arts in Gadsden, Alabama. Emma studied from age 10 until until her senior year of high school. She has taken master classes with a Christopher Parkening at Pepperdine University and Dr. Jeremy Grall at Birmingham Southern College. Emma is currently an undergraduate student at Jacksonville State University where she is pursuing a music minor under the instruction of Professor Ben Weatherford who studied at the Berklee College of Music. Emma has experience teaching guitar lessons online via zoom and she is looking forward to having more experience teaching music with students at Cheaha Creative Arts.
Meet David Bonner, Violin, Viola and Piano Instructor at Cheaha Creative Arts
David is a graduate of Southside High School and is currently a student at Jacksonville State University where he studies violin under Diane Chong. David is a former member of the Etowah Youth Orchestras, where he played both violin and piano. He now performs with the JSU Civic Orchestra as a violinist. He is also a former piano student of the late Cathy Vanderford. David looks forward to continuing his work with Cheaha Creative Arts and passing on the gift of music to others!

Meet Sharon Wilkins, Yoga Instructor
Sharon Wilkins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English. Yoga classes are based on the Kripalu tradition, although it has influence from other traditions such as Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga.
